PostSubject: Hello there fellow Dragonlance fans!   Tue Sep 22, 2009 9:22 pm

I'm new to this server and just came back to NWN after a very long time away. I've been play testing a few servers, mainly Dragonlance, as I love Dragonlance. I have found many to be fifth age, which is not bad, I just prefer a 4th age setting, and so I look forward to playing this module!

That said, while I am getting reacquainted with nwn engine, I thought I'd say hello, and hope to see some people in game - role-playing!

Later,

Dragonology101 Very Happy

glad to have a DL fan come here and I sure hope you get to enjoying the server, we have an incredible community of top notch RP'ers and I personally feel that we have the best rendition of the DL world here, both visually and Rp wise.

check out solace, the high clerists tower and pax tharkas, you will not be disappointed.....be careful though, it is a rough and tumble world out there and as in the DL books, very dangerous at times.....and we wouldn't have it any other way.

The staff here is great, very helpful and very good at what they do.

YES! BEAUTIFUL is what I thought, when I first saw this mod. With the next update (2.89), travelling will be a little easier in many more areas, as long as you stay to the roads. But there are still quite a few heavy ones, if you venture to far into the wild. Smile Welcome and have fun!

I have febreeze +10 with immunity to death and decay - at least the smell.

Chaos and Destruction? Kenders. Surely that's what you mean.

Pretty ponies, excellent, make mine stuffed.

Lovely girls - What would I do with a lovely girl?

Good things are over-rated. -.-

Gotcha. I look forward to it and welcome any role play!

This may be a trap but I'll bite, what important 'something' did he miss?

I'm glad to be here and enjoying the server, yes! I've enjoyed the bouts of role play that I've experienced, thus far. And even those 'ooc' chats to help me get acquainted with the workings of the server.

I'm not worried about updates or safety whilst travelling, I'm just here to role-play. =D

Thanks for all the welcomes!

Why do all the quotes show up black and need to be highlighted?

Is this blasphemy I hear? Someone spouting insults to the holy church of Good-Things? I must denounce this heretic and have her put on trial for doomsaying in troubled times

THIS IS A DRAMATIZATION

"Okay...well... Maybe, I can send your way my DM Wand of 2nd Cataclysm Specified just for you Dragonology."

That's perfect. Can you place it in my Kender's inventory, please? cheers

"Other then that I could send a handsome man or two. No not me sorry. I'm taken, ah lets see... *ponders and glances around DLCO* ..."

I'm going to assume you mean - in game. My characters are simply not interested in men or women. One is quite content on remaining married to her art and the second, is quite content - actually - she is never content, no less, she finds boys just icky. The third and final character I intend to create - well, you just wait and see.

As for beyond the game, in case that is what you meant - I'm a player - take that as you will. Smile My gender really is not of consequence. Wink
Now no more throwing furry things at me! No

"Is this blasphemy I hear? Someone spouting insults to the holy church of Good-Things? I must denounce this heretic and have her put on trial for doomsaying in troubled times"

No, it's merely a perspective, it may not align with 'goodly' thinking but it does not make it insultingly blasphemous. But I gladly await trial - I *love* a good debate. Twisted Evil

"the RP enigma known as Graveman, Veign knows just ask him"

Hmmm, let me get this straight a role-playing enigma that wants me to enquire about him/her? That’s a conundrum in itself, no? In essence, leaving you less than an enigma? silent ... silent

"I have put a terrible curse upon these hapless souls because they have disturbed the resting place of my great ancestors of old"

No more peace pipe for you! Razz

Should I also place a warning of dramatization, or do you think it's understood? Wink

Well, I meant use my 2nd Cataclysm wand on you.. *cough* ...

And don't worry, we're not too sure about Teddy's gender as it happens to be its a DM Teddy Bear.. so.. *shrug*

He's not too excited about snuggling either way, which is strange for a TEDDY.. *cough*

..Or maybe its just snuggling with me :O

Des, (If I may call you that)

You need to take some time out for yourself. Someone should *cough* boyfriend *cough* volunteer to pour you a bubble-bath, make you dinner and do the dishes and then give you a massage!

Here, this is for you: flower

At any rate, just some suggestions. I hope your weekend goes much better!

Veign, someone did mention to you that you do not have a real wand right? 0.o Therefore, your damage is merely illusionary. Wink

Graveman, riggggggggggghhhhhht, you may find youself being schooled, my friend.

Awww thanks hun and yes you may call me that as everyone does Very Happy Well it has been a really busy week at work and the weekend is going to be worse, I am typing as fast as possible because I have to leave again in a few to go back to work then decorating for a wedding all day tomorrow and work again tomorrow night, THEN go take all the decorations down, lol, so, yeah the money will be good come Monday, but for now there is no cuddle time Sad As I only have a shower, no bathtub, there is no bubbles either which im particularly sad about, lol, and Sith cook? Ha! Ill eat cereal thanks Wink j/k , love you babe Very Happy Though I have gotten massages lately so he is being a good boy Very Happy

Veign's whole world is illusionary Wink Is this mystical GF really real? *wonders speculatively*

Ha! I love this it. You continue to make my day with replies like that, lol.

Lastly, Hope everyone has a great weekend and continues to check the forums and IG even though I probably wont be around much for the fun. Try to start some stuff if you would, and please please, talk to other players you know that don't come to our server and get them over here. We need to get out there and let people know how great of a place DLCO is. And let us all remember how much fun we can have and stop picking on each other. We all put work into this mod or our toons for the purpose of getting away from reality. Let this be the world of your dreams, not the world you live in with mindless bickering as in RL. Love all you guys and will be back soon.
