Talash sat in the kepp of Nightlund. His time here overseeing the blue wing's reconstruction had led him to many thoughts. His siter had Neraka well in hand, so there was no need to worry.

Talash was behind his desk, looking over the trrops placements, and having the unfit executed for nothing more than stupidity if there was no other cause.

His conversation with Lord Ramses still hung in his mind, and he thought further into what was to be done. He began to write down orders and instructions for the new Consolidated Army, with the five separate wings. He sat, for several hours, as he listened to the screams of the condemmed in the courtyard, as they were pulled apart by horses; writing. As he was finished writing the blueprints for the army down, he sat back, and ran hingers through his hair, and stretched a bit, looking over the paper. He silently re-read it to himself....

1. To help promote unity in the queen's name, there shall be no more separation of the armies of color. All armies are hereby united, under one central banner; divided by five separate wings; Red, Blue, Black, Green and White.

2. Each wing shall retain the position of Highlord to command the Soldiers and officers assigned to their territorial regiments. There shall be one Command Highlord. One of the wing highlords shall serve in the position of command Highlord, until that person is either killed, or replaced in a manner befitting the queens wishes.

3. No longer shall there be territorial disputes between the various Highlords concerning the lands they oversee. All lands ruled by the army, belong to the queen; and as such, any disputes over holdings, shall be viewed as a treasonous act. Such selfish behavior, shall be seen as the hording of power for a singular purpose for ones self; and therefore, no longer in the best interest of the queen. None shall claim power in the Queens lands but the Dark Queen.

4. Any highlord that deems it needed to march any size portion of his wing across the lands occupied by another wing, has the full authority of the ruling body of the Army to do so; and shall only do so if in direction to do the Queens wishes. If any resistance is put forth by the occupying Highlord, or any member of his army, then the Highlord, as well as the commanding officer of the resisting force shall face punishment.

5. All wings of the army, shall be assigned territores, that they are to over see, and secure in the name of the Queen. The holdings of the individual wings are as follows.
-A) The Red wing, shall ocupy All lands of the southern portion of Abanasinia. These lands are to include.. Haven, Newport, Qualinesti, Pax Tharkas, Hillhome, and lands further south to Tarsis. The elves are to be driven from the forrest, and the dwarves are to be subjugated into slavery in service to the Queen. Orders shall be handed down in time; pertaining to the pending Doom for the elves and dwarves. As well, the red wing shall be responcible for subjugating, or eliminating the tribal plainsmen.
-B) The Black wing, shall control the northern part of Abanasinia. These lands are to include Goodbay, Solace, Tantalon and Xak Tsaroth. These lands include all surrounding areas. As well, the black wing, shall also share in the holdings of the red wing in the form of the town of Haven.
-C) The Green wing, shall over see the lands beyond the great Desert. These lands are to include Khur, Goodlund, Bloede, the Silvanesti foreest and outlying Areas and the kender lands. It shall be the duties of the green wing, to keep the peace in the khur with the tribes, as well as to form a union with the ogre nation. As well, the see to the destruction of the Kender, and all their holdings; as well as to see the Silvanesti homeland crushed. Upon command of Neraka, it shall be the duty, with assistance of Neraka, to form a union with the Minotaur nation, and bring them to an Alliance.
-D) The White wing shall remain in thir Ice covered realm of Ice Wall. Their responcibilities there, shall be to maintain order, and Subjugate the barabaric tribes of the glacier; and to lend support to any army that need it.
-E) The Blue wing, shall hold lands in the Solamnic continent. These lands are to include Kalaman, Maelgoth, Vogler, Nightlund, Lemish, and further south into Solanthus, the High Clerist tower, and all areas surrounding the mention Cities. Their responcibilities are to include, the elimination of the Solamnic way of life, and to bring all persons into worship of the Dark Queen.
-F) The Solmnic continent, shall be divided among the blue, red, and black wing. The black wing, shall have control of the southern coast. This area is to include Caergoth. The Red wing, is to have dominion over the western Coast. These areas are to include Godnest, and Portsmith, and all surrounding ares. The blue wing shall have the Solamnic Heartlands, and all areas surrounding.

6. All Highlords fall under the command of the crown of Neraka, and shall bow in allegiance to the church of her Dark Majesty. All command personel are subject to this, and will be replaced should they fail to adhere to any of these rules in part, or whole.


With his scribing complete, he sprinkled some fine powder over the parchment, to dry the document, and then called for his aid. "Griel, send this to the scribes, and have copies sent to all wings command staff, and one to Neraka." The aid bowed low, and scopped up the paper, and left quickly. Talash sat back in his chair, and turned it to look out the window. He mused over the coming days, and the glories he would know in service to the queen.

He rose from his chair,and began to srip his armor, as he looked to the bed at the two terrified women chained to the posts of his bed. He gave a wicked smile, and a comforting word as he moved towards the bed, teeming with his lustful desires, as he pulled his long dagger. The screams heard from his chambers that night, were wrapped in two fold emotion.
