It has been some time, since he came to his homelands. Homeland? NO! Kendermore has never been his real homeland! He was raised as a foundling by the big folk in Nightlund and has not seen anything of Kendermor until he was a well travelled person with a good fightingskill, who got himself a little name with his maps, which he drew from areas he has been travelling to. It was not until the famed Chairman Miow herself, leader of the Kender-Defender, showed him the way into the land, which should have been his homeland. At that time, he spent some time here, but raised outside Kendermore, he had his difficulties with some of the Kenders "habbits". So, after a while, he was drawn on to new parts of Ansalon.

Kah-Tehn Moker padded against his weapon - a gift from Chairman Miow - and looked through the twigs of a bush he was hiding in, towards the place, which once was bustling with "busy" Kender.

... No Kender to be seen! Instead. Minotaurs, Ogres.... Where are the famed Kender-Defender? What has happened to them?

Though not a "native" Kender, he felt the ties to his kin! Kah-Tehn Moker had to do something! But now was not the right time!

He has to find allies first!

He has to re-establish the Kender-Defender!

Slowly he crawled through the underbrush to find out something more about the disappeared Kenderfolk.

He crept cautiously further towards Kendermore. One building caught his eye: All kinds of chests, cases and other strange constructions lay around that building.

Strange - nothing was opened and looted! Wait! One chest was open and laying next to it... a corpse of an ogre - face twisted in agony!

Now he remembered that building! It is the Kendergarden, a trainingfacility for Kender to test and advance their abilities. Chairman Miow never mentioned, that they would use deathly traps... Maybe the Kender exchanged the traptype realizing, that there is going to be an assault on Kendermore.

Whatever. This had an advantage for Kah-Tehn Moker: No guards were very close to the Kendergarden. So he made his aproach!

Peeking through a groundlevel-window, he saw a few Kender, which were apparently locked here - held prisoner! "There must be more elswhere!" he thought.

Slowly he started his retreat away from Kendermore. Kah-Tehn Moker saw enough. It was time to find support!

Kah-Tehn Moker was able to leave Kendermore without beeing caught. He set of or Palanthas.

The outcome of his first efforts were not really surprising! "Keep your hands to yourself! As long as you don't touch anything! The less kender int town, the better! Who let the Kender into the Library?" ... Not very welcoming, but he had to try!

Well, Kah-Tehn Moker wasn't even allowed to speek to an official of the Solamnic Knights. His request ended right in front of the gates of the keep and were turned down by a guard - NO - not just a guard, but a knight on duty... ha! At least she said, it would be allright to hang out a call for a (Kender-) meeting within Solamnic settlements as long as the owners are asked and this meeting will take place away of a Solamnic settlement.

Kah-Tehn Moker went of to get the call of a meeting for the "Kender Defender Liberation Movement" organized. Due to his experiences in map-making, he had no problems to get tougher paper and ink to create the necessary posts.

With time Kah-Tehn Moker went through Solamnic towns to make the meeting public by talking to Kender or kender-friendly people (though he didn't meet too many of that sort) and through his posts.

He scheduled the meeting for the last day of the midsummermonth at the campsite in the Woods Of Lahue, which are northest of Kalaman. He chose this location, because it's a bit away from any settlement and travelling there is safe, as long as one sticks to the road.

OOC: Now it's time for other players (also non-Kenders!) to get involved, so feel free to make posts, which fit in before this meeting takes place. We'll open up a different OOC-post to get the actual meeting coordinated and done - preferable IG.

A few weeks have passed with Kah-Tehn Mokers travells through Solamnic tows and smaller settlements. Though accustomed to be on the road, his feet were kind of sore. Little time to rest he gave himself. Somehow it surprised him, how much effort he put in his chosen task... Is there an inherited connection to his kin? Even though. he was raised and spent most of his time outside of Kenderlands?
"Whatever" he thought. "Now its time to get moving towards the proclaimed meetingpoint!". Rubbing his feet one more time, he set of towards the Woods Of Lahue.

Maddie hops off the ship she had stowed away on and runs around town trying not to bump into people as she is really excited to meet up with a bunch of her kinfolk. Someone told her that it was somewhere near here that place she was supposed to be. Hopefully it was today. She sees a gate leading to a forest and thinks this must be it. Running through she comes to a little lake or pond or some body of water. These slimey leech like things start coming towards her and she thinks they are hungry, she bends down to ask them what they would like to eat of what she had then all of a sudden as she is digging in her bag one of them jumps up and bites her. "Ouch!" She jumps back reaching for her dagger and woefully slaying the creatures as they continue to attack her. Then of course leans in to inspect just what kind of beast they are. Shaking her head she wanders off once again set on finding the place she remembered reading about. "Thank goodness poppa taught me to read before I started with this wanderlust" she giggles to herself taking in all the sights as she goes.

Finally coming to what she thinks is the right area she finds the campsite the sign said to be at and sits to wait as patient as a kender can be that is. Eventually more and more begin to show up and there is one that calls himself Mister Moker. He must be the one that put up the signs. There is also Tallow, a cute little fiesty kender boy, he stood up for her when that other one called her dolt. She only wanted to make sure her hair wasn't on fire. Sheesh. But anyway, then there was Paige, she had the brightest dress ever, it was very very pretty and do you know she had a wooden box with strings and a stick and she made music come out of it. Maddie had never ever seen anything like it before. But yeah Mister Moker said that he went to Kenderhome and he found our people there being held hostage!! Of all things, can you imagine. And that they were being kept in a Kender Garden!! Why on earth would anyone want to plant a kender. Its not like their head sticking out of the ground is gonna open their mouth and out pops an apple. Come on! That is insane. And they call us silly.

Well, we all talked and decided that we are gonna get magic men, some big ones with swords, and one of us needs to go to some town called Flotsey to see how much they charge, oh and the Dragon. A good one. Maddie met him one time but she isn't sure exactly where , but she will find him again. He was nice. Tallow thinks they are rude but he wants to be king and have a whole slew of wives so I told him I wouldn't be his Queen then if I didnt have the biggest crown of them all. A bunch of wives. Hmph.

We left there finally and went back to the sea town and hopped back on the ship but do you know what happened? I got to this really dark city with all sorts of dragon looking men, well sorta like lizards but anyway, I couldnt find Tallow. He was supposed to be following me. I wonder if he went back to Flotsey to be King again. Oh and the punch filled fountain what an idea. I'll have to go and visit him some day, maybe he will let me be his Queen after all. But first I gotta go to Zaradene and find the magic men, one of them is named Quin, he was nice. And the ghost fellow. Dont know his name. And then its off to find the Dragon again.

AM I KENDER? A question, he asked himself much too often. Kah-Tehn Moker sat in the Last Coast Tavern of Jennison. In front of him was his mug. It was filled with… WATER!
“After this, I should drown myself in something more potential! But I still got a headache!”
- Am I Kender? -
Well, the meeting of free Kender came finally to pass! Quit a few of them showed up! But what was it, that has been discussed? The aim was to collect ideas for a possible liberation of Kendermore… THAT WAS THE TOPIC! He felt another needle stitch in his head – all that gaggling!
First, there was the mentioning of the famed Kendergarden, which lead to a picture of Kender being planted into the ground! “I don’t want my parents to grow any bigger! I have to uproot them!” was an outcry fom Maddie. Well, at least a motivation to do something.
Ah, and Maddie was going to contact a dragon-friend! Dragons and Kender! Impossible! Kah-Tehn had to chuckle and in the same moment, he held his head again – frowning.
Then we had the former “Kenderking of Flotsey”, who wants to be a king again! At least a motivation for Tallow to find men in Flosam, who would help Kender for a good coin.
“I need some rest”, Moker mumbled. Travelling Solamnia again to offer Kender the return of their valuable “findings” to the original owner for them, so they don’t have to bother on that intend, will be his task. This should finance this whole lunatic-business…
“What did I do? Only a month until the next meeting is supposed to be held…”
Kah-Tehn got up to get to his room.

Paige sits and rocks for a LONG time in the Zaradene Inn (maybe even two hours!) writing music for her benefit concert. "It would be the best story ever!"She thinks,"THAT would make all the BEST big fighter people want to help the kender!"

Paige's first song changes a few times , but most of the time it sounds like this...


MADDIE AND THE DRAGON

Maddie met a dragon , oh boy!
The dragon was a good one , oh yes!
The dragon had a question, oh boy , oh yes!
The dragon had a question, oh yes!

Where have all the little kender gone ? oh My!
Where do all the little kender hide? Oh dear!
Go and find them ! Oh My , Oh dear!
Find them and bring them here!

Dear Maddie sighs and says "Oh boy"
she then tries another ploy.she cries,
"I don't know where to find them all!"
the dragon says with serious eyes
They're planted for to make them tall!

The dragon smiles at maddie's shock, oh yes!
and Maddie smiles in the dragon's face! Oh boy!
"I don't want my parent's to be tall!"
"then they won't fit in the hall!"
Oh boy, Oh yes, oh dear, the mess!
