PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: CHECK YOUR INVENTORY AFTER INTERACTING WITH MIOW!

I don't want to be a jackass, but Miow is a KENDER. An uber-kender who can pickpocket all but 1 or 2 characters without them noticing a thing, except maybe a suddenly empty quickbar slot. I play her in character. Play your characters in character, too: your characters would be nervously checking their pouches constantly too, wouldn't they?
Again, I don't want to be a jackass. I actually flip a coin or roll a die to decide if she even realized she took anything, because as we all should know, kender are not thieves, they are they are just insanely curious and unconscious of their own actions. If she realizes she has something, she will go, "How did I get this?" or "Did you drop something?" and that is your cue. If she doesn't realize, she does not say anything to you about it because, well, she doesn't realize.
If you forget to check and Miow walks off with something, you are 100% welcome to send an OOC tell or a PM and ASAP Miow will conveniently bump into you again and you can ask for your stuff back or she'll go "Hey, I found this after I talked to you, did you drop it?" If I think I've taken something really important, I will usually send an OOC tell so you don't get killed next time you get in a fight, but I might not realize it's important (hey, sorry Mr. Prospective Whiterobe I met the other day, I didn't realize a plain dagger was important to you ) or I might be so immersed in Miow-brain that I don't think of it (sorry, get that nice armor back to you posthaste >_<).
Also, if you never play rogues, you may be unaware of the fact that you CAN'T choose what you're taking with the pickpocket skill. I'm not going to *try* to steal your Super Uber Sword, but it might happen. It's totally random.


Incidentally, note to other players of Kender: I expect what I have outlined above to be the minimum for courtesy to players you may pickpocket. If I find out you're not exercising that basic, minimal level of courtesy, you WILL find all of your items and gold have been mysteriously handled away.
