Alrighty, in response to many questions in which have been raised I need t clarify this in the open and now.

Whichever of the three becomes the Highmagus and this also applies to all who in the future become the Highmagus will and must be the epitome of their Order, the ideas and concepts of said order and must lead by example, the elected Highmagus will not do as they want disregarding their orders teachings, contradicting themselves elsewhere in game play and roleplay both.

This should also apply to the members of the Conclave and their Masters. We have had some issues concerning players and staff included having characters who are of one order yet act and roleplay as another. This is not going to work, for one it just shows we have rules for the guild but no one has to follow. Players have already used excuses like "Well if he/she can then why can't I?"

If we would like a Tower of High Sorcery true to the spirit and theme of the setting then I think maybe those within the guild should start doing so.

So because of this and the responses I am recieving from our players each Archmagus, Master and Highmagus will do as expected and be the shining examples of their orders even if that includes a rebuild or remake, there is no contention to this it is done. I will use leto if need be and for those of you whom I have already had this discussion with and fixed need not concern themselves with rebuild but in their roleplay.

If what have said above is not done then I will have no choice but to either convert the said individual or boot them and brand them renegade.

Now lastly, I am not requiring everyone who plays a magi to be a copy or drone of one another, your roleplay and gameplay is yor own but use the guidlines and the ethos of the Order and the deitie's teachings and so on to build and to progress the character as one of said Order of High Sorcery.
